Returns are accepted by prior arrangement. Please callSellers Contact Informationto speak to our returns department who will issue you a returns authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

All unused and unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. A refund or exchange will be offered provided the returned goods are in "as new" resalable condition with all original packaging and contents.

The buyer is always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. Please send all returns recorded delivery with the return authorization number provided by us and a covering letter attached along with proof of purchase.
