1. Pricing information:
Any shipping is calculated at the checkout stage. When purchasing Steering Racks , Steering Pumps , Brake calipers , Drive Shafts and Steering Boxes please note surcharge is not included in the price you see and may be applied after you have purchased the item if in doubt please call us before ordering.
Delivery to UK locations includes a £6.50 Flat delivery charge.
Shipping to other European countries includes a Surcharge delivery charge and require payment by SWIFT/TRANSFER only.
Shipping to the US includes a delivery Surcharge charge and require payment by SWIFT/TRANSFER only.
Shipping to countries in the rest of the world includes a delivery surcharge and payment by SWIFT/TRANSFER only.
If the delivery charge does not cover the delivery costs we will notify you and you can cancel your order or pay the additional costs please see our Shipping Section on our Home page.
2. Order confirmation and order validation:
We will confirm your order either by e-mail or by telephone. Order confirmation is normally sent after we have validated credit/debit card details and received authorisation from the card issuers - Please note that this process can take up to 24 Hours.
3. Payment:
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta cards. We are however unable to process orders placed using Electron or American Express cards. Payment will be debited to your account upon dispatch of your order. Please be aware that we only ship to the card registered address only and orders going to a third party will not be authorised. Alternatively if you are outside the UK the only method of Payment is SWIFT/TRANSFER only and goods will only be shipped once payment is verified please email us for the relevant information about postage to your country.
4. Delivery of goods:
We will endeavor to deliver your order to you within 3-5 working days, providing the goods are in stock (Unless a longer delivery period is clearly stated on the specific product page). If we are not able to meet this deadline, we will contact you within 5 days of receipt of your order to arrange an alternative delivery date. However, if this is not acceptable to you, we will offer you the choice of cancellation or a refund.
Please note that deliveries to N.Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, The Highlands and Islands of Scotland can take longer than 3-5 days to deliver - Please ask if express delivery is required.
For international deliveries
Standard delivery is a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) shipping service. This means buyers won't pay duties and tax at checkout but WILL have to pay the carrier for duties and taxes on delivery in the destination country.

Although we endeavor to provide you with the latest product information and to ensure that product images are identical to the items supplied, we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case. Product colours and styles can differ slightly from the published images.
7. Confidentiality of personal details:
Personal details are held confidentially. Please note that we never divulge personal details to any third party and any information supplied is used solely for the purpose originally intended. If you decide that you would like to leave our mailing list, please ask and we will remove all of your details.
8. Suitability of products:
Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the item that you have ordered is suitable for your car based on the information that we have published on our website. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of any product for your vehicle then please contact us for further advice before ordering. We do not cover labour , hire or any type of consequential costs with any of the parts listed on our website .
Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, together with proof of postage from a reputable courier

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any form of postage paid cannot be refunded and parts supplied correctly will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Any items over 14 days from the day of delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange .
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Special Orders Policy:

- Special orders are custom-made or customized to meet your specific requirements and, therefore, cannot be returned under any circumstances.

- Once a special order is placed, it enters our production process immediately. As a result, cancellations are not permitted. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

Non-Refundable:
- Payments for special orders are non-refundable. This includes deposits and any other payments made towards the special order.

Customer Responsibility:
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all specifications and details are correct at the time of placing the order. Any errors or omissions in the order details cannot be amended once the order has been processed.

- By placing a special order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. This ensures that you are fully aware of the non-returnable and non-cancellable nature of special orders.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
Kinetix Performance Brakes Warranty Summary
Kinetix Performance Brakes are covered by a 12-month or 10,000-mile (whichever comes first) warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
If a product is found to be defective, we will either:

Refund the original purchase price. (Within 30 days)
