The Kinetix GT 2 Piece Floating Front Brake Rotor Upgrade Kit is a direct replacement for the factory front rotors on the 8Y Audi RS3, designed to work seamlessly with the OEM front calipers.
These rotors retain proper thermal mass while improving metallurgy for enhanced heat management. Featuring directionally curved vanes, they efficiently channel cool air through the rotor, improving heat dissipation and performance under demanding conditions.
Unlike Audi’s OEM 2 piece rotors, which use a pin style system that limits expansion and prevents the replacement of the friction surface alone, Kinetix GT utilizes a fully floating, high strength steel bobbin system.
This design allows the rotor ring to expand and contract freely, reducing the risk of cracks and warpage during high performance driving.
Kinetix GT features additional precise CNC machined tri symmetrical slots, resulting in an even quieter, more responsive and smoother braking experience.
The central hat is precision machined from 6061 T6 aircraft grade aluminium, while the brake disc is crafted from a proprietary high carbon alloy that withstands extreme braking temperatures while maintaining structural integrity.
With directionally curved cooling vanes, these rotors significantly improve heat dissipation over the factory design.
Thoroughly tested in high intensity motorsport environments, these rotors deliver improved braking performance, greater thermal capacity, and superior durability for both street and track use making them the ideal upgrade for your vehicle.
