Features an optimized internal structure utilizing directionally curved cooling vanes. This advanced design acts as a centrifugal pump to forcefully flow cool air through the rotor, profiled specifically to massively improve heat dissipation compared to standard OE rotor vane designs.
Kinetix Helix Cross-Groove Slots:
Engineered with a specialized spiral cross-groove pattern that actively sweeps away gas, dust, and water from the pad surface. This ensures a clean contact patch, delivers a sharper initial bite, and promotes perfectly even pad wear while allowing hot pad outgassing.
True Two - Piece Floating H-Bobbin System:
Features a true floating mount system utilizing high-strength alloy steel bobbins and pins. The pins securely take the load from intense braking forces while maintaining perfect axial and radial float between the hat and the disc, allowing for safe, unrestricted expansion and contraction as temperatures rise.
Reduced Long-Term Maintenance Costs:
The true Two - Piece design makes long-term repair costs significantly cheaper over time. When the friction surface eventually wears down, you only need to replace the outer rotor rings, reusing your premium 6061-T6 aluminum centre hats.
V3 Surface Anti-Corrosion Protection:
Treated with an advanced V3 surface coating to shield the rotor from rust and environmental corrosion, ensuring the discs look pristine behind your wheels.
