This kit has been specially designed by expert engineers who have identified that the problematic D40 engines that where made after 2006 and used 1 single (simplex) chain and 1 twin (duplex) kit which is very weaker than the earlier type fitted upto 2006 as they where fitted with 2 double (duplex) chain kit.
This is the most comprehensive timing chain kit that is available and is not available from anyone other seller other than ourselves.
All our Timing chain kits are made to match or exceed original equipment quality and come complete with a 12 months guarantee for extra piece of mind along with all the necessary parts required to do the perfect job.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TIMING CHAINS ARE PRECISION AND THEREFORE
REQUIRE TO BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED AND SKILLED PROFESSIONAL
TECHNICIAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS INCLUDING TORQUE SETTINGS.
GASKETS SHOULD ONLY BE FITTED ON DRY SURFACES AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD SEALANTS BE USED AS THEY WILL CAUSE INCORRECT SEALING OF THE TWO SURFACES.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT NO MATTER HOW NEW THE ENGINE OIL IS YOU FLUSH AND REPLACE WITH THE CORRECT GRADE / SPECIFICATION AND AMOUNT SO THAT THE HYDRAULIC CHAIN AND TENSIONERS CAN FUNCTION CORRECTLY.
