These Performance Brake Discs are engineered with an advanced Pin Drive system, delivering a superior braking solution compared to conventional rotor designs. This genuine two piece construction features a separate friction ring securely connected to a lightweight aluminium bell via stainless steel drive pins, replicating the sophisticated engineering principles used in original equipment (OE) performance braking systems.
Unlike cheaper knock off alternatives that imitate the appearance of two piece brake discs without offering the same genuine construction or engineering benefits, these discs feature a true two piece design. This provides the functional advantages of a properly engineered two piece braking system rather than a cosmetic imitation, helping deliver the performance, cooling and engineering benefits associated with original equipment designs.
By strategically offsetting the pin connections between the friction ring and aluminium bell, the internal cooling channels are optimised to promote greater airflow through the centre of the rotor. This design can deliver up to 50% improved cooling efficiency over traditional brake disc designs, helping reduce operating temperatures, improve heat dissipation and maintain consistent braking performance under demanding conditions.
Combining genuine two piece construction, a lightweight aluminium bell and advanced cooling technology, these brake discs are engineered to deliver meaningful functional benefits, not simply the appearance of a premium braking upgrade.
