Upgrading from factory solid rear discs (272mm x 10mm or 260mm x 12mm) to this larger 310mm vented Golf R / Audi S3 setup significantly improves heat dissipation, stops brake fade under heavy load or towing, and fills out 17 inch or larger alloy wheels.

CRITICAL BUYER FITMENT AND INSTALLATION NOTES
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING:
Factory Caddy rubber flexible brake hoses are too short to reach the relocated caliper positions. You must independently supply and install extended conversion brake lines (e.g., custom braided lines), as standard factory brake hoses will not fit.
Factory 272mm tin backing plates will foul on the larger 310mm rotor diameter. You must either trim/modify the outer lip of your factory shields or replace them with 310mm backplates.
The factory Caddy handbrake cable connects straight to the caliper levers. We strongly recommend installing OEM helper return springs to guarantee positive handbrake lever return.
Minimum 17-inch alloy wheels required. This kit will NOT clear factory 15-inch or 16-inch steel or alloy wheels due to carrier and caliper offset. Always check inner barrel clearance if running aftermarket wheels.
